Good but a bit far from anything

Rooms were ok but you are a bit far from anything. No restaurant but there are several street food type places nearby and one of them made something incredible for me one night. Fairly quiet but the lift was out of service when we stayed. It is good if you have a car. The pool is good and this place seemed to be frequented by Thai families getting away from Bangkok for the weekend.

There are hundreds of hotels in Pattaya. Most are not worth the money advertised and in the high season, filthy hovels and outright pig accommodations charge crazy amounts. I will give my thoughts on this hotel. I actually like it but will give an honest assessment of positives and negatives. I apologize for the looong essay :) POSITIVES 1.Location: this hotel is located on Sukhumvit road (across from the major Tesco Lotus store). That means it close enough to Pattaya Beach\Walking Street but far enough so you don't have to listen to drunk people all night. You can take a baht bus to Central Road/Pattaya Klang then another one to the beach (20 baht total) 2. Amenities: It has a pool (looks clean) and a restaurant. Outside, its well kept and it has a security guard who checks all cars in the evening. 3. Price: although about 100 baht more than hotels in this range, its worth it. At first I was reluctant but found the extra money worth it. 4. Relatively noiseless: its on a residential street, you hear nothing at night (but see my note below) NEGATIVES: 1. Service: I stayed about 5 days. The soap was not refilled and no toilet paper provided. But the room was cleaned mind you. They are simply cheap. I didn't mind because I buy my own shampoo but at cheaper hotels, refills are available. Go figure. 2. Towels: for 2 days, I was given towels that actually were damp and stunk. The reason was because when I stayed, it was cool weather-wise and they did not dry enough in the sun. I actually saw the workers try to dry to towels with an iron. Disappointing. 3. Kids: The owners kids are loud. While having dinner, they were shrieking. One morning, they were running down the hallways. Annoying but that is life. 4. Karaoke: as I write this, there is a man who has been testing the karaoke machine for 15 minutes. Saying Check 1, 2, 3 over and over. Thailand is a land where the concept of "excessive noise" does not exist and it is uncommon to have a restaurant boom at unhealthy levels. I can see this being a problem. In the 5 days I stayed, no Karaoke was played. Today, before leave, its being blared. Its annoying how the hotel owners could allow this to happen. But Thailand is a land where things often don't make sense and its not worth arguing. My suggestion: its not a bad hotel. Will I stay here again: probably. Its actually a good hotel. Getting rid of the Karaoke nonsense, refilling items, and checking after maids to ensure they are doing their jobs can improve this place.

ทำเลที่พักและสถานที่โดนรวมโอเคครับ ถือว่าอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมาก เดินทางสะดวก ส่วนห้องพักและตัวโรงแรมถือว่าใช้ได้ครับ เหมาะสมกับราคาที่จ่ายไป แต่การบริการโดนรวมโดยเฉพาะจากทางเจ้าของโรงแรมและพนักงานถือว่าแย่มาก เป็นเหตุผลที่เราคงไม่ไปใช้บริการที่นี่อีก ปัญหาที่ทางเราเจอ... 1. จุกอุดอ่างอาบน้ำไม่มี ซึ่งทางเราได้ร้องขอไป แต่ทางเจ้าของโรงแรมแจ้งว่า เพิ่งซื้อกิจการต่อมา จุดอุดหายหมด และไม่มีเวลาออกไปหาซื้อให้เรา แต่สุดท้ายก็ออกไปซื้อมาให้นะ แต่ขนาดจุกมันเล็กกว่ารูอ่าง และพยายามบอกเราซ้ำๆ ว่าซื้อมาให้แล้ว แต่ใส่ไม่ได้ ก็เลยรู้สึกเศร้าใจกับทักษะการแก้ปัญหาซึ่งมีอยู่เพิ่งน้อยนิดจริงๆ 2. สภาพเศษขนมปังหักๆ และกาแฟโอวัลติน แต่ไม่มีช้อนสำหรับชง คาดว่าจะให้ใช้นิ้วคนเอาเอง 555 3. ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ ทางโรงแรมคิดค่าผ้าขนหนูที่มีรอยเปื้อนเพียงเล็กน้อย (ตามรูป) โดยทางผู้บริหารโรงแรมแจ้งว่าเป็นผ้าขนหนูลอตใหม่ ถ้ามีรอยเปื้อน จำเป็นต้องทิ้งเลย ถ้างั้นขอแนะนำว่าไม่ควรใช้สีขาวนะครับ เราเคยพักตั้งแต่เซลล์จนถึงโรงแรมห้าดาว ยังไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้เลย เราไม่ได้เสียดายค่าปรับ 100.- หรอก ถ้าหากมันเกิดขึ้นโดยความประมาทของทางเรา แต่รอยแค่นี้คุณมาใส่ใจและคิดเงินกับลูกค้า สุดท้ายนี้เราเชื่อว่าการบริการและความใส่ใจมันขึ้นอยู่กับทางเจ้าของโรงแรม ท่านเป็นอย่างไรพนักงานท่านก็เป็นอย่างนั้น จึงเป็นที่มาของการบริการที่แสนห่วยในครั้งนี้ครับ

Das Hotel ist ziemlich ruhig und ca. 2 km von der Walking Street erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß ( N104) . Das Personal, insbesondere der Koch ist sehr freundlich ! Das Essen ist sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Das einzigste was zu bemängeln ist, ist dass die Frau an der Hotel Rezeption geschweige denn ein anderer Mitarbeiter überhaupt kein Englisch spricht. Zudem haben wir in unserem Zimmer ein drittes Bett gebraucht, bekamen allerdings nur eine bisschen dicker gepolsterte Decke die auf dem Boden liegt. Habe aber gottseidank ne 6 gewürfelt so dass ich im komfortablen Bett schlafen konnte :p
